The VC-SACL Business Office supports all VCSA units and their students by providing facility maintenance & repairs, department moves, surplus & moving services, key checkout & purchases, signage updates and space allocations. Facilities Management

The VC-SACL Business Office can submit FM requests on your behalf, or you can submit requests directly to expedite the process. Non-Urgent Facilities Requests can be completed by visiting the FM Service Request Page. Then click on the FM Portal link. This will take you to Maximo, where you can select from multiple categories of Facilities Management Services. This includes repairs, renovations, lock & key service, electrical, and custodial, to name a few.
For further help or to report an Urgent Request you can call Facilities Management directly at (858) 534-2930. For instructions on how to submit an FM request, you can watch the Service Request Training Video. If you are unable to get the support you need, please submit a Help Request to our Business Office so we can assist you further.

Space Planning

 All campus space is allocated and managed through UCSD's Space Management Platform, Tririga. Individuals are assigned space as well through the Work Location Form, which automatically updates in Tririga. These tools help the VC-SACL Business Office, and UCSD as a whole, track and maximize the use of our limited campus spaces.

The VC-SACL Business Office can help with allocating and assigning space, requesting temporary or hoteling spaces, updating Tririga, or maximizing the use of your current space. If you need support in any of these areas, please submit a Help Request. If you would like to submit a formal Space Request, please complete the Space Request Form.
