AD login Issues 

• First, try to change your password on: https://password.ucsd.edu/ 

If the employee does NOT see the following options, either the employee or department will need to submit a Contact ITS via Services & Support Now https://ucsdservicedesk.service-now.com/services  

• Pro-Tip: In the request, please include the employee’s ID number, differentiate student and work email, and include screenshots (of the failed change password attempt) that we tried to change the password first.
