Important HR Deadlines
Compensation - December 4, 2025 - PAST
- New Job descriptions for positions that are to be posted before the holiday closure.
- Reclassifications and equity requests with a December effective date (monthly and biweekly employees).
Talent Solutions - December 9, 2025 - PAST
- New job postings that will be active during the closure period must be submitted in HireOnline.
- All transactions that require Talent review and approval (offer approvals, near relative requests, Staff Promotion Program reqs, Waivers, Returning Retirees, etc.).
- Short-Term Exceptions for new requests and extensions.
- Dual/Concurrent Appointment requests and extensions.
Talent Support Services - December 12, 2025 - PAST
- To best allow for services to be completed before campus closure, we recommend submitting background check, reference check, and skills assessment services no later than 12/12/25.
