Student Employment
Student Employees must be registered for classes during each quarter they work. Summer appointments are the only exception to this requirement. Students graduating in fall or winter, please submit an HR ticket, to have your appointment ended. Click the button below to get started.

Compliance Training
Faculty, Staff, and Student Employees are be required to complete specific compliance and required training based on their role with the University. Based on your specific requirements, automated assignment emails and reminders will be sent from the UC Learning Center with information about the required course and the due date for completing the training.
