Updated Approval Flow
The Staff Hiring Pause approval process is now handled through HireOnline. Step-by-step guides for Requesters and Approvers are available in the Employee Center. Please use HireOnline for all future approvals. Note: Health System and Health Sciences are exempt. Requisitions started with the interim process should continue using that method.
Compliance Training
Faculty, Staff, and Student Employees are be required to complete various compliance and required training based on their role with the University. Based on your specific requirements, automated assignment emails and reminders will be sent from the UC Learning Center with information about the required course and the due date for completing the training.
