Recruitment Efforts

The Division of VCSACL Business Offices review and assess division-wide recruitment processes, and develop recommendations of best practices that ensure equity, diversity and inclusiveness are at the forefront in establishing the division’s workforce and talent.

Job Descriptions and Classifications        

Standard language has been established for job descriptions of positions that are considered MSP, HEERA designated and/or Supervisory. This language was developed to ensure that duties related to instilling a culture of equity, diversity and inclusiveness are a clear expectation and the responsibility of an MSP, HEERA designated position or supervisor to perform.
