- Fiscal Transfer Form - This form is used to request all fiscal transfers, including Cost Transfers, Fund Transfers, and Salary Cost Transfers.
- Home Address Authorization Form - This form is currently used to allow purchases and items to be shipped to a Non-UCSD home address.

Student Employment
- Student Employee Request Form - This form outlines the necessary details the department/hiring authority needs to provide in order to request posting for student employee positions via Handshake.
- Student Employee Exception to Hire Request Form – This form outlines necessary details to hire a qualified student identified for a student employee position.
- Tutor Hiring Request Form
- Graduate Assistantship Hiring Request Form
- Student Equity Request Form – This form outlines the details the department/supervisor need to provide in order to request an increase for a student position.
- Student Employee Reclassification Request Form – This form outlines the details the department/supervisor needs to provide in order to request a reclassification for a filled student employee position.
- Student Separation Request Form – This form is used to notify HR of a student employee who will be separating or ending an appointment.

Recruitment
- Recruitment Intake Form (Career Staff) - This form outlines the necessary details the department/hiring authority needs to provide in order to have a career staff position posted for recruitment.
- Recruitment Planning Form (Career Staff) - This form should only be completed after the Recruitment Intake form has been completed.
- Intake Form (Non-Career Appointments) – This form initiates requests for Short Term Exceptions or Temporary Employment positions.
Class Comp
- Administrative Stipend Request Form – This form initiates a Manager/Supervisor request to consider a stipend for an employee.
